06.30 AM: Depart from Delhi to Agra (200 kms drive)
Pick up from the Hotel and a 3-4 hrs drive to Agra in an air-conditioned car through the newly constructed Yamuna express highway. A three hour smooth drive is a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience across the Express Highway.

09.30 AM: Visit Taj Mahal
After a 3 to 4 hours drive, we arrive at Agra which is situated about 200 kms away from South East of Delhi. Taj Mahal, the wonder of the world is the most famous site to visit on a India day tour. On arrival, we straight away reach Taj Mahal and meet the guide who takes us to day tour of Taj Mahal to begin the sightseeing.

Built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as the final resting place for his wife, Taj Mahal, gets the honour of being named as one of the world's seven wonders as well as a well known ‘World Heritage Site’. Built in pure white marble this grandiose structure is a symbol of India and can be seen from miles around. Taj Mahal is a fine example of Persian architecture in India. It took almost seventeen years and 20,000 workmen to complete this amazing structure a prized memory on India Day Tour. After having witnessed the great symbol of love next we drive to Agra Fort. This massive fort is built in red sandstone with its magnificent palaces, halls of public and private audience and the beautiful gardens. In Agra Fort, Emperor Shah Jahan was kept under house arrest by his third son Aurangzeb and spent the last years of his life viewing the Taj Mahal from the window of his room in the fort, across the river Yamuna.

03.00 PM: Visit Sikandara Fort
The fort of Sikandra which lies about 10 kms out of the Agra city is the mausoleum of Akbar, the great Mughal emperor. The construction of the Sikandra Fort was started by Akbar himself but was completed by his son and other great Mughal emperor Jahangir. Sikandra Fort is a perfect example of mixture of Hindu, Christian, Islamic, Buddhist, Jain style of architecture.

04.00 PM: Drive back to Delhi (205 kms Drive)
Drive back to Delhi through the traditional route offering glimpses of the Indian country life living in small towns near the highway.

08.00 PM: Reach Delhi
After Reaching Delhi you will be transferred to your hotel.
