Jaipur in Rajasthan is one of the most captivating historical cities of India and the gateway to India’s most flamboyant Rajput culture. Decorated camels, women in multi-coloured bandhej saris, men with mustache and turbans, pink sandstone buildings, chaotic streets, palaces & forts and Indian Royalty at its best; is all about the place. Amidst mayhem the city is dotted with majestic palaces, forts and old world architecture. Travelers never miss the City Palace and its museum, the royal observatory - Jantar Mantar, delicately honeycombed Palace of the Winds - Hawa Mahal, majestic Amber Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Jal Mahal, Nahargarh Fort and the Chand Baori Step Well, at a little distance from the city. The Chokhi Dhani Village Resort has also been a hot favorite of Indian & Foreign travelers. This place has rustic rural setting that captures the true spirit of Rajasthani culture with lot of activities and authentic Marwari cuisine. The place is festive during Gangore & Diwali.
