With views that can give Switzerland a competition, Gulmarg is the Meadow of Flowers and has one of world’s highest 18-hole golf-course. Other places of interest are the triangular frozen lake and the Gondola Cable ride. The Gulmarg Ski Resort at over 8,600 feet has the best slopes and hosts many skiing tournaments. Our road to Gulmarg is lined by the Poplar / Chinar trees, wild flowers and picturesque hamlets where you can resist yourself to click some postcard perfect pictures. Every season colours the valley differently; spring and summer splash the valley with colours of forget-me-nots, buttercups and blue bells, while autumn colours the place with it hues of rustic orange, yellow & brown and in winters the valley is calm in serene white. Visiting the place requires timely planning and advance booking of accommodation & travel.

How to visit:

By road: Gulmarg is well connected by Jammu and Kashmir. Anyone can reach Gulmarg easily but for that you should have all India permit for local vehicle.

By rail: The nearest railway station is Jammu (JAT) from Jammu you can easily reach Gulmarg.

By air: Gulmarg is in Baramula District and is 56-kms from Srinagar District. The nearest Airport from here is situated in Badgam District, which is well connected with all the major cities of the country.
