By road: The highly structured network of roadways helps Goa to remain connected with the principal metropolitan cities of India. There are a number of public as well as private bus operators in Goa. KSRTC, MSRTC and KTC are some of the Government undertakings that operate from Panaji, Madgaon and Vasco Da Gama. Goa enjoys daily bus service from important cities like Mumbai and Pune.

By rail: The two major railheads in Goa are Madgaon and Thivim, which are well connected by trains from all over the country. Express train of the Konkan Railway line connects Goa with Delhi, Mumbai, Thiruvananthapuram and Vadodara.

By air: The airport in Goa is Dabolim Airport (GOI) lies just 29 kilometres from the state’s capital, Panjim. It has a very improved network of airways, which has made the state to remain connected with the most of the important cities of India.
